Establish a Media AI research agenda

comprising the analyses of the technological state of the art, predictions of the dominant and emerging trends, as well as approaches for potential futures and speculative hypotheses about the impact of AI technologies on media and society at large.

Offer policy recommendations to the EC,

in order to ground policy requirements to the technological reality that is emerging, such as developing European Digital Media Code of Conduct, towards aligning the Journalistic Codes of Ethics of different EU Member States and contributing to European integration while advancing European values.

Found a European Media AI Observatory

that will continue the effort to analyse the social and political implications of AI, especially in the media sector, after the project, aiming to become the de facto think tank that European media organisations can address with AI issues.
